What We Offer

  • Individual therapy offers a space to slow down and listen more closely to your inner life. Together, we’ll explore what’s bringing you in now while also paying attention to emotional patterns, relational experiences, and parts of you that may have adapted in different ways in order to cope or get by. The work unfolds at a thoughtful pace, shaped by curiosity, care, and the therapeutic relationship itself.

  • Couples therapy is a place to understand what happens between you and your partner, especially in moments of disconnection or conflict. We’ll look at the emotional and relational patterns you each bring into the relationship, how attachment and past experiences shape those dynamics, and what becomes possible when these patterns are understood rather than blamed. The goal is greater awareness, responsiveness, and connection.

  • Family therapy offers a space for families to slow down and better understand the emotional and relational patterns that shape how they interact. Together, we’ll explore how each person’s experiences, roles, and histories influence the family dynamic, especially during moments of conflict, transition, or stress. The work is paced with care and curiosity, creating room for new ways of listening, responding, and relating to one another.

  • Supervision and case consultation offer a reflective space to think deeply about your clinical work. Together, we’ll explore cases through a psychoanalytic and relational lens, with attention to countertransference, enactments, and the emotional life of the work. Consultation is collaborative, supportive, and oriented toward deepening understanding and clinical confidence.

Psychotherapy

I work with individuals, couples, and families as they navigate emotional experiences and relationships across different stages of life.

My work is rooted in a psychoanalytic and relational approach, with attention to attachment and trauma, so we can make sense of both what you’re experiencing and where it comes from.

Our work moves between what’s happening on the surface and the deeper emotional roots underneath.

Over time, relief and lasting change unfold together through understanding, reflection, and relationship.

Therapy that meets you where you are.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious about yourself and your relationships, our work unfolds at your pace and with care for what you’ve lived through.

Areas of Specialization

Trauma & Attachment; Early relationships and past experiences often shape how we feel, relate, and protect ourselves long into adulthood. Trauma and attachment-related experiences can show up in subtle ways, affecting emotional regulation, trust, and closeness with others. Therapy offers a space to understand these patterns with care, allowing for greater safety, flexibility, and new ways of relating over time.

Anxiety, Emotional Overwhelm & Internalized Shame; Anxiety and emotional overwhelm don’t always come from what’s happening in the present. For many people, they are tied to long-standing patterns of self-criticism, pressure, or feeling responsible for holding everything together. Therapy can help slow these patterns down, make sense of where they come from, and create more room for ease, self-compassion, and choice.

Relationships, Couples & Family Dynamics; Relationships often bring our deepest longings and most familiar struggles to the surface. Cycles of conflict, distance, or misunderstanding can feel stuck and frustrating, even when there is care and commitment underneath. Therapy creates space to understand these dynamics, explore attachment histories, and foster more responsive and connected ways of relating.

Identity, Self-Worth & Life Transitions; Periods of change can raise questions about who you are, what you want, and how you see yourself. Shifts in roles, relationships, or life direction can unsettle a sense of identity or self-worth, even when things look “fine” on the outside. Therapy offers a reflective space to make meaning of these transitions and move toward a more grounded and authentic sense of self.
